- manage all communications with vendors and the venue

- Couples can borrow anything from the company’s rentals inventory free of charge

WEDDING DAY Of COORDINATION ONLY $2,995

(For couples who book their own vendors, but need help on their wedding day with some assistance along the way)

- 2 months prior to the wedding, we will have 2 meetings with the CLIent. One to go oVER the contracts and vendors. Then, another one is held to go over the minute-by-minute timeline and final details.

- Unlimited emails and phone calls before the wedding for questions and advice

- Review BEO with the catering manager

- Communicate with all vendors to coordinate unloading and set up

- Email the final timeline to all vendors and venue

- Assist all vendors on the wedding day

- Manage banquet staff

- Assist family, bridal party and guests

- Make sure the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception runs smoothly and on time

- set up decor, welcome table, seating cards, party favors, table numbers and etc..

- Assist grand entrance, cake cutting,First dance, GARTER Toss, bouquet toss and etc..

- wedding day rehearsal
